For payment of a registration or association membership by someone else e.g. a school or employer, it is possible to pay for a service using an invoice.

For us to be able to provide you with an invoice you will need to complete the invoice request form below. Please send the form (and purchase order if required) through to info@mountain-training.org.
It is necessary to provide all of the information requested on the form for us to be able to process the invoice, we also require candidate's contact information (including their address) to be complete and up to date on their Mountain Training account.
Please note registrations for all direct entry schemes except for Lowland Leader and Indoor Climbing Assistant require candidate membership to a mountaineering council before the registration can be processed. Please ensure mountaineering council membership is in place and linked to the candidate account if mandatory before sending through an invoice.
Once we receive your invoice request form we will be able to process your request and send an invoice to take payment.

If you require the invoice to be linked to a purchase order number, please send the full purchase order with your invoice request form.
