Winter Mountain Leader 2023/24 season summary

This report reviews the delivery of Mountain Training Scotland's Winter Mountain Leader qualification during the 2023-2024 winter season, which included 24 courses (12 training, 12 assessments) and six re-assessments, with no cancellations despite challenging conditions.
