Mountain Training launches first ever Disability and Neurodiversity survey
30.10.25Mountain Training is conducting its first ever Disability and Neurodiversity Survey, and we want to hear from you.
Your answers will help drive meaningful change for disabled and/or neurodivergent people and we’d love as many people as possible to complete the survey. We’re inviting responses from anyone who:
- Is registered on a Mountain Training leader, instructor or coach qualification and is neurodivergent or disabled.
- Has attended a Mountain Training skills course and is neurodivergent or disabled.
- Leads, instructs or coaches people who are neurodivergent (for example, ADHD, autism, dyslexia) or disabled.

We’ve designed this survey in partnership with the charity Access Sport, to learn more about our candidates’ experiences of participating in walking and climbing activities and in Mountain Training qualifications and skills courses.
We want to better understand how disability and neurodivergence affect the accessibility of Mountain Training qualifications and skills courses. We’d also like to know how many of our qualification holders work with people who are disabled or neurodivergent.
The insights you provide will directly inform the development of our next strategic plan and guide our work over the next five years.
The survey is relatively short and should take less than 10 minutes to complete.
