AMI AGM Information 2024


The Association of Mountaineering Instructors will hold its 2024 AGM at 6pm on Saturday 6th January 2024 at Glenmore Lodge, Aviemore, PH22 1QZ.


Voting

At the 2024 AGM FULL AMI Members (as per the AMI Articles of Association) will be able to vote for 4 Committee Roles and 1 Regional Representative Role. The Job Descriptions and Application Forms for these roles are below. We encourage all Full Members to apply for these roles so that we can continue to offer a professional and supportive service to the Membership. We are particularly keen to receive applications from female Members and those from diverse backgrounds. The Closing date for applications will be 5.00pm on Friday 1st December 2023. Please email applications to Nick Cannon Jones, AMI Secretary, at: secretary@ami.org.uk
After this date, a link to a proxy voting form will be emailed out to Full Members so that those who are not able to attend the AGM in person can still vote.

And the Regional Representative Role is for the Peak Area.

There will also be the opportunity for FULL AMI Members to vote via proxy if they can not attend the AGM in person. Furter proxy voting details will be emailed to Members nearer the date of the AGM
