Vacancy: Customer Service Administrator

Mountain Training UK and Ireland (MTUKI) is seeking to appoint a full time Customer Service Administrator. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join the Customer Service Team in Capel Curig, North Wales. The post holder will be based in our Siabod Cottage office in Capel Curig, set in the heart of Snowdonia National Park. The role is varied and provides administrative support to candidates, qualification holders and professional associations (MTA, AMI, BAIML, BMG) within the sector, as well as the office staff team.
MTUKI is the coordinating body for the national Mountain Training organisations (MTE, MTC, MTS, MTBI) who together provide training and leadership qualifications for hill walking, climbing and mountaineering across the UK and Ireland.
Job Details
Salary: £17,000 per annum
Working hours: This is a full-time permanent post, 35 hours, with fixed working hours of 9-5, Monday-Friday. 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays. 3 month probationary period.
