Mountain Training UK and Ireland (MTUKI) is seeking a dynamic individual to join the Customer Service Team in Capel Curig, North Wales. The role involves providing administrative support to internal and external customers, in a small and busy office in Snowdonia.

Mountain Training UK and Ireland is the coordinating body for the network of organisations that make up 'Mountain Training' and includes the awarding organisations in England, Scotland, Wales and the island of Ireland. This role will involve servicing all of these organisations as well as the four mountaineering associations (MTA, AMI, BAIML, BMG).

Job Title: Customer Services Administrator

Employed by: Mountain Training UK and Ireland (MTUKI)

Salary: £19,500

Working hours: This is a full-time permanent post, 35 hours per week, with fixed working hours of 9-5, Mon-Fri. 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays. 3 month probationary period.
