Mountain Training Cymru Mountain Training Cymru (MTC) is seeking a dynamic individual with vision and management skills to provide leadership and inspiration at a time of major strategic development for an organisation with exciting opportunities ahead. MTC administers a number of schemes both personal skills and formal qualifications in walking and climbing activities, which are delivered by a network of providers around Wales.

The individual will be an employee of Mountain Training UK, with full responsibility for the efficient running and development of Mountain Training Cymru and will work closely with the MTC board of directors and the members council to achieve the mission and vision of the organisation.

Job Title: MTC Executive Officer and Company Secretary

Employed by: Mountain Training UK (MTUK)

Salary: £28,237 (£36,690 full-time equivalent)

Part time: 0.77 (average 4 days per week) – 170 working days per annum which includes holiday entitlement of 23 days and 8 bank holidays
