Customer Services & Technical Support Administrator

Mountain Training is seeking to appoint a full time member of staff to join the Customer Service Team. Reporting to the Customer Services Manager, the new recruit will work as a key member of Mountain Training’s Customer Service Team, providing administrative support to internal and external customers. This is a small but busy office team and the role involves working with multiple customers, so a dynamic approach is required.

Location: Mountain Training’s Capel Curig office.
Hours of work: 35 hours per week. This is a permanent position with a probationary period of 3 months.
Starting salary: £17,000 - £18,750 (depending upon experience)
Holiday entitlement: 25 days paid holiday per annum.
